Day 01 : Cusco - Mollepata - Soraypampa

Early (4:30 am) transfer by bus from hotel to the town of Mollepata, starting point of our adventure, where we arrive at approximately 8:30 am. Throughout four hours of intensive trekking, all the while admiring the inmense variety of the flora and fauna, we arrive at Silcakancha. After lunch, we continue for another three hours until arriving at Soraypampa. Dinner and overnight.

Day 02 : Soraypampa - Colpabamba

Early wake-up. After a delicious breakfast we leave Soraypampa (3400m), crossing a 4650m above sea level pass, from where we admire the beautiful Andean mountains (oxygen balloon and first-aid kit available in case of emergency). While contemplating such beautiful surroundings, we start descending the mountain to a later stop to have lunch and a short rest, to then continue to Colpabamba, our campsite. Take proper precautions: this is a tropical zone, there are mosquitos everywhere. Dinner and overnight.

Day 03 : Colpabamba - Playa :

Early wake-up (6:45 am) and breakfast. Crossing through bridges and admiring the exotic flora and fauna along the road, we reach Lluscamayu and stop for lunch. After a two-hour hike we arrive to La Playa, the little village selected for our campsite. Dinner and overnight.

Day 04 : Playa - Aguas Calientes :

After breakfast, we get on a truck and head on to the town of Santa Teresa, towards the basquet and across the Urubamba train ticket to a short one-hour trek. Then, again on a truck, we drive to the hydroelectric station village, where we have lunch and free time to spare while waiting for the train to Aguas Calientes (30 minutes). Dinner. Last night at a comfortable hostel.

Day 05 : Machupicchu - Cusco

Right after breakfast we take the bus up to the Historical Sanctuary of Machupicchu, for a two hour guided visit to the ruins and free time to explore them on your own. Return by bus to Aguas Calientes. Return to Cusco by train
